We provide technical assistance and leadership development to nonprofits and community groups working to strengthen the capacity of vulnerable communities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We support these organizations by providing them with free customized nonprofit management support.

Beyond Talent empowers non-traditional high school graduates in the Washington, DC metropolitan area to overcome barriers to higher education and employment so they can succeed, and start cycles of success in their communities. With Next Level’s assistance, Beyond Talent's Board of Directors (pictured below) has drafted a revised Human Resources manual, recruited and oriented 3 new Board members, and exceeded its Board fundraising goal!
